Crosstown Acquires Pyramid Logistics Group

Crosstown expanded operations in Memphis, Tennessee through the acquisition of Pyramid Logistics Group. The company provides a range of on-demand and scheduled courier services, bob truck pick up and deliveries, as well as warehouse distribution.
According to Scott Evatt, CEO, “Crosstown looks forward to serving the needs of Pyramid’s customers well into the future. We are appreciative of their continued loyalty.”
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Crosstown, headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee provides services for customers throughout the Southeast and Midwest. The company was organized in 1995.
