Crosstown Acquires Pyramid Logistics Group
Crosstown expanded operations in Memphis, Tennessee through the acquisition of Pyramid Logistics Group. The company provides a range of on-demand and scheduled courier services, bob truck pick up and deliveries, as well as warehouse distribution.
According to Scott Evatt, CEO, “Crosstown looks forward to serving the needs of Pyramid’s customers well into the future. We are appreciative of their continued loyalty.”
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Crosstown Acquires Express One Delivery
CrossTown’s CEO, Scott Evatt announces today that the company has purchased Express One Delivery of Chattanooga. Express One provides home and business delivery of furniture and other freight throughout Middle and East Tennessee as well as Northern Alabama and Georgia.
The company’s customers are Exel Direct, STI Delivers, and several other logistics companies. Deliveries are made on behalf of these customers for companies such as JC Penny, Aspen Furniture, Babies-R-US, Crate & Barrel, HON Furniture, and Office Depot.
Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

RR Donnelley Selects CrossTown to Manage Walgreens’ Deliveries
RR Donnelley awarded CrossTown with a contract to provide daily delivery of pharmaceutical and other supplies to Walgreens’ stores throughout Tennessee and portions of contiguous states. “We are very honored that CrossTown was asked to oversee resupply for such a prominent company like Walgreens” said Scott Evatt, Chief Executive Officer. “Further, we appreciate the confidence RR Donnelley placed in CrossTown to manage such a large-scale operation”, stated Evatt.

CrossTown Announces Expansion into Cincinnati
NASHVILLE, TN, OCTOBER 21, 2008:
CrossTown announces today that the company has expanded to include operations near Cincinnati, Ohio. The company provides courier, freight delivery, and warehouse distribution services regionally from facilities in Chattanooga, Knoxville, Memphis, and Nashville, TN as well as now Cincinnati.
