CrossTown Courier Announces New Operations Manager

CINCINNATI, OH, NOVEMBER 10, 2008:
CrossTown’s CEO, Scott Evatt announces today that Chris Patterson has been hired as the company’s new Operations Manager in Cincinnati. CrossTown launched operations near the Cincinnati airport in October. Chris will oversee the company’s transportation, logistics, and warehouse distribution lines of business.

According to Scott, “The expansion into Cincinnati enables CrossTown to provide a broader geographic area of coverage to our customers. Cincinnati was selected as our latest site of expansion due to its central location in the Midwest and in response to the request of a valued customer.”

HCA Physician Services, IKEA furniture, Priority Solutions-DSI, Mattress Gallery, and Cardinal Health are a few of the companies for whom CrossTown makes regional deliveries.

CrossTown Courier Opens Chattanooga Office

Crosstown Courier, an integrated pick-up and delivery service based in Nashville, has opened an office in Chattanooga.

The company provides full-service scheduled route and on-call courier pick-up and deliveries as well as expedited freight and logistics services 24-hours a day, 365 days per year. Crosstown Courier also provides warehousing services, legal filings, medical deliveries and freight deliveries.

The Chattanooga market has been added in order to grow relationships with existing customers and grow new partners, officials said.

“The expansion gives us an opportunity to provide a larger footprint for our customers in terms of route coverage and the ability to offer on-site customer service in each market,” said Scott Evatt, president of Crosstown Courier.
