Don’t have account number? Become a Crosstown client and gain access to our online client portals. Our online system makes it easy to schedule one-time, rush, and regularly-planned courier jobs. You’ll also be able to access status information on important deliveries and more.

We are excited to announce that, effective July 1st, Crosstown, part of the American Expediting brand, will transition from its current CXT system to the new and improved Dispatch Science system.

This upgrade is part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with the best possible service across the United States and Canada.

What You Need to Know:

  • Transition Date: The migration to Dispatch Science will occur on July 1st.
  • New Order Portal: Starting from this date, you will need to use the new Dispatch Science portal to place your orders.
