23 Jan Crosstown Courier Opens Chattanooga Office
Crosstown Courier, an integrated pick-up and delivery service based in Nashville, has opened an office in Chattanooga.
The company provides full-service scheduled route and on-call courier pick-up and deliveries as well as expedited freight and logistics services 24-hours a day, 365 days per year. Crosstown Courier also provides warehousing services, legal filings, medical deliveries and freight deliveries.
The Chattanooga market has been added in order to grow relationships with existing customers and grow new partners, officials said.
“The expansion gives us an opportunity to provide a larger footprint for our customers in terms of route coverage and the ability to offer on-site customer service in each market,” said Scott Evatt, president of Crosstown Courier.
The office will offer on-line order entry capabilities with an emphasis on customer service, well-trained drivers and a commitment to community.

This commitment to the community will be formalized soon with the launch of a community relations program spearheaded by the Nashville office that will expand to include the additional offices as well. The focus of the program will be to support local children’s charities in each market, it was stated.
